At ROCCIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings and decor. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
